Rising Pint BrewFest and Rentschler Field will provide:

• Limited amount of Power (first come first serve)

• Concession Stand (first come first serve, no tables necessary in concession)

• 2 - 8’ Tables and Chairs (more if necessary)

• *Other accommodations can be made based on need.      We will work very closely with everyone.

Restaurants will provide:   

• Certificate of Proof of Insurance

• Additional Insured: The REACH Foundation/Wilson Development and The Rising Pint Brewfest*

• Kiosk/Trailer (purely preference)

• Promo napkins or plates, utensils etc.

• Hot plates/propane stoves unless you have a concession stand

• All food/condiments to create your menu item

• Extension Cords (make sure to label w/your name)

• Brand Signage/promotional materials (optional)

• $400. Event Registration Fee (A representative from The REACH Foundation will be in contact with you to arrange payment)
